US Domestic Shipping

All items are handmade and carefully packaged. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We ship with USPS and DHL eCommerce.

• Orders over $80: Free Standard Shipping
• Orders under $80: Flat Rate Shipping — $7

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping – South Korea Only

We currently ship internationally only to South Korea, using USPS International and DHL eCommerce.

• Orders over $700: Free International Shipping
• Orders under $700: Flat Rate Shipping — $35

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@shopretie.com with photos of the product and packaging.
