At Retie, our products include both handmade pieces and curated vintage items. Because each item is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or preference. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your order! If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@shopretie.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Important Notes

  • Items reported after 3 days of delivery are not eligible for refunds.

  • Damage caused by improper use or care after delivery is not covered.

  • Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for replacement or refund
